Going to see if they will schedule the back surgery for the fall instead of putting it off until winter,,,yeah, it’s pretty bad… Enjoy your award and I am looking forward to the post about it. Back surgery is a grey area. You can come out better, the same, worse, or even paralyzed. There is no guarantee and you don’t know going in how you will be after coming out. But you have to do everything you can to try and make yourself better. If it ends up badly, then so be it. I gave it a go. At least if I was paralyzed, I wouldn’t be in all this pain I was in. So I guess it would be ok in some bizarre/twisted sort of way
Yes at least you are giving it a go, hopefully it works out for you! 😦 It must be so difficult living with that kind of pain, I can’t even imagine.
This is brilliant! I’ve just finished studying and can’t wait to get back into reading for leisure. A site that tells me what to read is exactly what I needed 🙂
